It was also untenable in methodology because, by questioning the implementation of the Security Council resolutions, Pakistan refused to admit that it had been the first to violate those resolutions and to prevent a plebiscite by refusing to end the aggression it had committed against the territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
ولا يمكن اﻷخذ بمبدأ تقرير المصير أيضا من الناحية المنهجية، فالتشكك في تنفيذ قرارات مجلس اﻷمن يعني أن باكستان ترفض الاعتراف بأنها أول من انتهك هذه القرارات وأول من حال دون إجراء استفتاء عام من خلال رفض إنهاء ذلك العدوان الذي شنته على إقليم جامو وكشمير.

To describe the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir as a State in India is totally fallacious and a distortion of the facts as they are known to the United Nations.
ووصف إقليم جامو وكشمير المتنازع عليه بأنه ولاية في الهند ينطوي على مغالطة ويعد تشويها للحقائق المعروفة لدى اﻷمم المتحدة.

In fact, over the past five years, 600,000 Indian troops have launched a war of aggression against the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir, a war recognized as such by the United Nations.
والواقع أنه على مدى السنوات الخمس الماضية، راح ٠٠٠ ٠٠٦ جندي هندي يشنون حربا عدوانية على إقليم جامو وكشمير المتنازع عليه، وهي حرب اعترفت بوجودها اﻷمم المتحدة.
