19- تدعو أيضا مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة إلى أن يتعاون مع إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام من أجل إعداد مواد تدريبية مستندة إلى الصيغة المحدَّثة للاستراتيجيات النموذجية والتدابير العملية لفائدة أفراد الجيش والشرطة والموظفين المدنيين المضطلعين بعمليات حفظ السلام وبناء السلام؛
