قامت حكومة مملكة هولندا بدراسة التحفظات التي أبدتها جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية بشأن الفقرة (و) من المادة 2 والفقرة 2 من المادة 9 من اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة وقت انضمامها إلى الاتفاقية المذكورة.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Alcinda Antonio de Abreu, wrote to the Chairman on 4 June 2007 stating that " the process for accession by the Republic of Mozambique to the said Convention is at an advanced stage and hopefully will be concluded very soon " .
وقد كتب وزير الخارجية والتعاون، الدكتور آلندا أنطونيو دي آبريو، إلى الرئيس في 4 حزيران/يونيه 2007 ليبلغه بأن " عملية انضمام جمهورية موزامبيق إلى الاتفاقية المذكورة قد بلغت مرحلة متقدمة وأنه يُؤمل إنجازها في وقت قريب جداً " .
