The services listed in figure IV have been colour-coded to distinguish between pharmacological treatment services, psychosocial treatment services and services for the prevention, treatment and care of drug-related infection with HIV/AIDS and other diseases.

(d) Alternatives to imprisonment offer an option to reduce the exposure of drug-dependent persons to HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases and access to supervised treatment for those found guilty of possession of small amounts of illicit drugs for personal consumption only.
(د) تتيح بدائل السجن خياراً للحدِّ من تعرُّض الأشخاص المرتهنين للمخدِّرات للإصابة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الأيدز وغيره من الأمراض المعدِية، كما تتيح سُبل الوصول إلى العلاج الخاضع للإشراف لأولئك الذين يدانون بحيازة مقادير صغيرة من المخدِّرات غير المشروعة لأغراض الاستهلاك الشخصي فقط.

(f) To ensure that treatment and support is offered to detained children with special needs, including to girls who are pregnant, give birth and/or raise children in detention, and that treatment for mental illness, disabilities, HIV/AIDS and other communicable and non-communicable diseases and drug addiction is offered, and to address the needs of children at risk of committing suicide or other forms of self-harm;
(و) ضمان توفير العلاج والدعم للأطفال المحتجزين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بمن فيهم البنات الحوامل أو اللاتي يلدن و/أو يربين أطفالهن أثناء فترة اعتقالهن، وعلاج المصابين بأمراض عقلية وإعاقات وفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الأيدز وغيره من الأمراض المعدية وغير المعدية ومدمني المخدرات، وتلبية احتياجات الأطفال الذين يحتمل أن يقدموا على الانتحار أو أن يلحقوا بأنفسهم أشكالا أخرى من الأذى؛

(و) ضمان توفير العلاج والدعم للأطفال المحتجزين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بمن فيهم البنات الحوامل أو اللاتي يلدن و/أو يربين أطفالهن أثناء فترة اعتقالهن، وعلاج المصابين بأمراض عقلية وإعاقات وفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الأيدز وغيره من الأمراض المعدية وغير المعدية ومدمني المخدِّرات، وتلبية احتياجات الأطفال الذين يُحتمل أنْ يُقْدموا على الانتحار أو أنْ يُلحقوا بأنفسهم أشكالاً أخرى من الأذى؛

(i) Paying special attention to the pressing problem of prison overcrowding, which creates a range of difficulties for society including communicable diseases such as HIV/AIDS, by designing strategies to prevent the spread of HIV and other disease and mitigate the adverse health effects, and addressing the problem of communicable diseases such as HIV/AIDS and of persons infected by HIV/AIDS and other infectious disease;
(ط) تعليق اهتمام خاص على المشكلة الملحّة المتمثّلة في اكتظاظ السجون الذي يتسبّب في مجموعة من الصعوبات للمجتمع، منها أمراض معدية كالأيدز وفيروسه، بتصميم استراتيجيات ترمي إلى الوقاية من تفشي فيروس الأيدز وغيره من الأمراض والتخفيف من الآثار الصحية السيّئة ومعالجة مشكلة أمراض معدية كالأيدز وفيروسه والأشخاص المصابين بالأيدز أو فيروسه وغير ذلك من الأمراض المعدية؛

11. Encourages Member States to strengthen legal, policy and other measures for reducing sexually abused or exploited children's vulnerability to and greater risk of contracting HIV/AIDS and other infections and diseases, as well as suffering psychological damage, through the elimination of all forms of child sexual exploitation;
11- تشجّع الدول الأعضاء على تعزيز التدابير القانونية والسياساتية وغيرها من التدابير الرامية إلى التقليل من خطورة تعرّض الأطفال المستغَلّين أو المعتدى عليهم جنسيا للإصابة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الأيدز وغيره من أنواع العدوى والأمراض إلى جانب المعاناة من الضرر النفسي والتقليل من احتمالات تعرّضهم لتلك المخاطر، وذلك من خلال القضاء على جميع أشكال استغلال الأطفال جنسيا؛
