Similarly, Ethiopia has not ratified the Convention against Discrimination in Education.

With regard to education, first of all, the Convention against Discrimination in education of 14 December 1960 prohibits discrimination as defined in article 1, based in particular on race, religion or national origin.
ففي مجال التربية أولاً، تحظر الاتفاقية الخاصة بمكافحة التمييز في مجال التعليم المؤرخة 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1960 حالات التمييز المبينة في المــادة 1، ولا سيما التمييز القائم على أسس عرقية أو دينية أو على أساس الأصل القومي.

In this regard, the Special Rapporteur would like to refer also to the Convention against Discrimination in Education, which requires States inter alia to abrogate statutory provisions and administrative instructions which involve discrimination in education (art. 3 (a)).

١٥٢ - وتستلزم الاتفاقية الخاصة بمكافحة التمييز في مجال التعليم قيام الدول اﻷطراف بتقديم تقارير دولية عن اﻷحكام التشريعية واﻹدارية التي تكون قد اعتمدتها وعن التدابير اﻷخرى التي تكون قد اتخذتها لتطبيق هذه الاتفاقية )المادة ٧(.

It asserted that Equatorial Guinea should be encouraged to submit State reports for the periodic consultations of UNESCO's education-related standard-setting instruments, especially the Convention against Discrimination in Education.
وجزمت بأنه ينبغي تشجيع غينيا الاستوائية على تقديم تقارير الدولة إلى المشاورات الدورية المتعلقة بصكوك اليونسكو الخاصة بالتعليم وبالصكوك القانونية المعيارية، ولا سيما الاتفاقية الخاصة بمكافحة التمييز في مجال التعليم(22).
