2. Decides to convene the High-level Political Signing Conference in Palermo;

5. Invites all States to be represented at the High-level Political Signing Conference at the highest possible levels of government.
٥ - تدعو جميع الدول إلى أن تمثل على أعلى المستويات الحكومية الممكنة في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى.

3. Requests the Secretary-General to prepare summary records of the high-level Political Signing conference to be held in Palermo in accordance with resolution 54/129;
3- تطلب الى الأمين العام اعداد محاضر موجزة عن جلسات مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى، المزمع عقده في باليرمو وفقا للقرار 54/129؛

We therefore urge all States in the Zone, indeed all Member States of this Organization, to subscribe to this Treaty at the High-level Political Signing Conference, scheduled to be held in Mérida, Mexico, next month, as well as to initiate the process for its early ratification.
وبالتالي فإننا نحث جميع الدول في المنطقة، وفي الواقع جميع الدول الأعضاء في هذه المنظمة، على الانضمام إلى هذه المعاهدة في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى، المزمع عقده في ميريدا، المكسيك، في الشهر القادم، فضلا عن بدء عملية التصديق المبكر عليها.

He expressed the hope that many States would sign the new convention at the High-level Political Signing Conference and that the convention would enter into force as soon as possible.
وأعرب عن أمله في أن توقع دول كثيرة على الاتفاقية الجديدة أثناء مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى، وفي أن يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية في أقر وقت ممكن.

85. The representative of Italy informed delegations of the preparations for the High-level Political Signing Conference, to be held in Palermo, Italy, from 12 to 15 December 2000, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 54/129.

2. Adopts the United Nations Convention against Corruption annexed to the present resolution, and opens it for signature at the High-level Political Signing Conference to be held in Merida, Mexico, from 9 to 11 December 2003, in accordance with resolution 57/169;
2- تعتمد اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد المرفقة بهذا القرار، وتفتح باب التوقيع عليها في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى الذي من المزمع عقده في ميريدا، المكسيك، من 9 إلى 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، وفقا للقرار 57/169؛

In that regard, Indonesia welcomes the convening in December this year, in Merida, Mexico, of the High-Level Political Signing Conference for the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
وفي ذلك الصدد، ترحب إندونيسيا بعقد مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى في كانون الأول/ ديسمبر من هذا العام في ماريدا، المكسيك، للتوقيع على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد.

Following their adoption, the Convention and the two Protocols were opened for signature at the High-level Political Signing Conference convened in Palermo, Italy, from 12 to 15 December 2000 in accordance with Assembly resolution 54/129.
وعقب اعتماد الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها، فتح باب التوقيع عليها في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى المعقود في باليرمو، إيطاليا، في الفترة من 12 إلى 15 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2000 وفقا لأحكام قرار الجمعية العامة 54/129.

He urged Governments to continue to demonstrate their commitment to making the convention a reality by participating in the High-level Political Signing Conference to be held in Merida, Mexico, in December 2003, in order to ensure a high number of signatories to the new convention. Annex I
وحث الحكومات على مواصلة تأكيد التزامها بتحويل الاتفاقية إلى واقع قائم، بأن تشارك في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى، الذي سيعقد في ميريدا، المكسيك، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، ضمانا لتوقيع عدد كبير من الدول على الاتفاقية الجديدة.

1. Accepts with appreciation the offer of the Government of Italy to host a high-level Political Signing conference in Palermo for the purpose of signing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (Palermo Convention) and protocols thereto;
١ - تقبل مع التقدير العرض المقدم من حكومة إيطاليا لاستضافة مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى في باليرمو بغرض التوقيع على اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية )اتفاقية باليرمو( وبروتوكولاتها الملحقة بها؛

In its resolution 54/129, the General Assembly, in convening the High-level Political Signing Conference, indicated that the agenda for and the organization of the Conference should include opportunities for high-level delegates to discuss matters related to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the protocols thereto, in particular follow-up activities, for their effective implementation and future work.
أشارت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 54/129 بشأن عقد مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى، الى أنه ينبغي أن يتضمن جدول أعمال المؤتمر وتنظيم أعماله اتاحة الفرص للمندوبين الرفيعي المستوى لمناقشة المسائل المتصلة باتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، وخصوصا أنشطة المتابعة اللازمة لتنفيذها تنفيذا فعالا، ولمناقشة الأعمال المقبلة.

Pursuant to the acceptance by the General Assembly, in its resolution 54/129 of 17 December 1999, of the offer of the Government of Italy to host a high-level Political Signing conference in Palermo for the purpose of signing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the protocols thereto, the High-level Political Signing Conference will be held in Palermo from 12 to 15 December 2000.
إثر قبول الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 54/129 المؤرخ 17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999، العرض المقدم من حكومة ايطاليا لاستضافة مؤتمر سياسي رفيع المستوى في باليرمو للتوقيع على اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية وعلى البروتوكولات الملحقة بها، سوف يعقد مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى في باليرمو من 12 الى 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000.

On the recommendation of the Ad Hoc Committee at its tenth and eleventh sessions, the Assembly had adopted resolution 55/25, by which it had adopted the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the above-mentioned protocols and opened them for signature at the High-level Political Signing Conference to be held in Palermo from 12 to 15 December 2000 in accordance with resolution 54/129 of 17 December 1999.
وبناء على توصية اللجنة المخصصة في دورتيها العاشرة والحادية عشرة، اعتمدت الجمعية العامة القرار 55/25 الذي اعتمدت بموجبه اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية والبروتوكولين المذكورين أعلاه وفتحت باب التوقيع عليها في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى، الذي تقرر عقده في باليرمو من 12 الى 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000، وفقا للقرار 54/129 المؤرخ 17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999.

In its resolution 58/4, the General Assembly adopted the United Nations Convention against Corruption and opened it for signature at the High-level Political Signing Conference to be held in Merida, Mexico, in December 2003; and urged all States and competent regional economic integration organizations to sign and ratify the Convention as soon as possible in order to ensure its rapid entry into force.
31- واعتمدت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 58/4، اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد وفتحت باب التوقيع عليها في مؤتمر التوقيع السياسي الرفيع المستوى المزمع عقده في ميريدا، المكسيك، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003؛ وحثت كل الدول ومنظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية المختصة على التوقيع والتصديق على الاتفاقية في أقرب وقت ممكن ضمانا للتعجيل ببدء نفاذها.
