CAT stated that the Government should ensure that adequate compensation is provided to all victims of torture and ill-treatment that took place in connection with the post-election demonstrations in April 2009, irrespective of the outcome of criminal prosecutions against the perpetrators, and that adequate medical and psychological rehabilitation is given to victims.
وأفادت لجنة مناهضة التعذيب بأنه ينبغي للحكومة أن تقدم تعويضاً كافياً لجميع ضحايا التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة السيئة التي وقعت في سياق المظاهرات التي أعقبت انتخابات نيسان/ أبريل 2009، أياً كانت نتائج الدعاوى الجنائية المقامة ضد الجناة، وتوفير خدمات إعادة التأهيل الطبي والنفسي الكافي للضحايا(124).

(ج) أن تضمن تقديم اعتذار رسمي وتعويض كافٍ لجميع ضحايا التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة السيئة التي وقعت في سياق مظاهرات ما بعد الانتخابات في نيسان/أبريل 2009، أياً كانت نتائج الدعاوى الجنائية المقامة ضد الجناة، وتوفير خدمات إعادة التأهيل الطبي والنفسي الكافي للضحايا.

Objective: To investigate and prosecute in a timely and fair manner persons responsible for serious violations of international humanitarian law and ensure that the requirements of the Security Council are fulfilled with regard to implementation of the completion strategy and to position the Office for the transfer of criminal cases against accused persons to the national courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
