The eleventh regular session of the Conference was organized by UNEP in May 2006 in the Congo, in collaboration with the African Union.

The above-mentioned States were elected members of the Programme and Budget Committee until the closure of the eleventh regular General Conference session in the year 2005.

1. The decisions and resolutions adopted by the General Conference at its eleventh regular session (2005) are reproduced in the present document.
1- ترد في هذه الوثيقة المقرّرات والقرارات التي اعتمدها المؤتمر العام في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة (2005).

In accordance with Article 54 of the Charter of the United Nations, I have the honour to transmit to you herewith resolution No. 5856 dated 18 March 1999, entitled " Occupation by Iran of the Arab islands in the Arabian Gulf belonging to the United Arab Emirates " , adopted by the Council of the League of Arab States at its one hundred and eleventh regular session (see annex).
عمـلا بالمـادة ٥٤ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، يشرفني أن أحيل إليكم طيه القرار رقم ٥٨٥٦ المؤرخ ١٨ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٩ المعنون " احتلال إيران للجزر العربية التابعة لدولة اﻹمارات العربية المتحدة في الخليج العربي " ، الذي اعتمده مجلس جامعة الدول العربية في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة بعد المائة.

7. Welcomes the decision of the Governing Board of the Institute, at its eleventh ordinary session, held in Nairobi on 27 and 28 April 2011, to carry out a review of the Institute to ensure that it can fulfil its mandate and assume a more prominent role in dealing with existing crime;
7 - ترحب بقرار مجلس إدارة المعهد في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة التي عقدت في نيروبي في 27 و 28 نيسان/أبريل 2011 إجراء استعراض لأداء المعهد لكفالة تمكنه من الوفاء بولايته والاضطلاع بدور أكبر شأنا في مواجهة الجريمة القائمة؛

8. Welcomes the undertaking and conclusion of a preliminary diagnostic study in accordance with the decision of the Governing Board of the Institute, at its eleventh ordinary session, held in Nairobi on 27 and 28 April 2011, to carry out a review of the Institute to ensure that it can fulfil its mandate and assume a more prominent role in dealing with existing crime;
٨ - ترحب بإعداد دراسة تشخيصية تمهيدية وإنجازها وفقا للقرار الذي اتخذه مجلس إدارة المعهد في دورته العادية الحادية عشرة المعقودة في نيروبي يومي 27 و 28 نيسان/أبريل 2011 بإجراء استعراض للمعهد لتمكينه من أداء ولايته والقيام بدور أبرز في مواجهة الجرائم القائمة؛

2. RECALLS Decision EX.CL/Dec.370 (XI) adopted at its eleventh ordinary Session held in Accra, Ghana, from 28 to 29 June 2007, through which Council endorsed the AUBP;
