One speaker proposed that in the light of the issues considered, the progress made and the challenges identified, the Conference at its fifth session could request the Working Group on Asset Recovery to make recommendations relevant to the second cycle of the Implementation Review Mechanism, on chapter V of the Convention.

the Working Group on Asset Recovery at its fourth meeting held in December 2010, stressed the importance of preparing States parties for the review of implementation of Chapter V of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (the Convention) which would be reviewed during the second cycle of the Implementation Review Mechanism and wished to structure its work accordingly.
1- أكّد الفريق العامل المعني باسترداد الموجودات في اجتماعه الرابع المنعقد في كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2010 على أهمية إعداد الدول الأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد (الاتفاقية)، خلال الدورة الثانية من آلية استعراض التنفيذ، وأعرب عن أمله في تنظيم عمله بناءً على ذلك.

At its meeting on 16 and 17 December 2010, the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery stressed the importance of preparing States parties for the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention and encouraged States parties to voluntarily complete early the self-assessment checklist on that chapter.
55- في اجتماع الفريق العامل المعني باسترداد الموجودات المعقود يومي 16 و17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، شدد على أهمية تهيئة الدول الأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية، وشجع الدول الأطراف على التبكير بملء قائمة التقييم الذاتي المرجعية فيما يخص ذلك الفصل.
