His delegation particularly appreciated its Guide to Enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Public Procurement and its recommendations with regard to arbitration under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules, as well as its continued efforts to monitor the implementation of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
وقال إن وفده يشعر بالعرفان للجنة على نحو خاص لعملها المتعلق بدليل اشتراع قانون الأونسيترال للاشتراء العمومي، وتوصياتها المتعلقة بالتحكيم بمقتضى قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم، فضلاً عن جهودها المتواصلة لرصد تنفيذ اتفاقية الاعتراف بقرارات التحكيم الأجنبية وتنفيذها.

Its activities include convening international arbitration congresses and conferences, sponsoring authoritative dispute resolution publications, and promoting the harmonization of arbitration and conciliation rules, laws, procedures and standards.
وتشمل أنشطة المجلس عقد اجتماعات ومؤتمرات بشأن التحكيم الدولي، وتمويل منشورات موثوقة خاصة بتسوية النـزاعات، وترويج مناسقة القواعد والقوانين والإجراءات والمعايير المتعلقة بالتحكيم والتوفيق.

19. The following remarks and suggestions are intended to assist any interested institutions in taking the necessary organizational measures and in devising appropriate administrative procedures in conformity with the UNCITRAL arbitration rules when they either fully administer a case under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules or only provide certain administrative services in relation to arbitration under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
19- والهدف من الملاحظات والاقتراحات التالية هو مساعدة أيِّ مؤسسة مهتمة على اتخاذ التدابير التنظيمية اللازمة وعلى وضع الإجراءات الإدارية المناسبة التي تتوافق مع قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم عندما تتولى تلك المؤسسة الإدارة الكاملة لقضية ما بمقتضى قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم أو عندما تكتفي بتقديم بعض الخدمات الإدارية المتعلقة بالتحكيم بمقتضى قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم.

His delegation also welcomed the adoption of the recommendations regarding arbitration under the revised UNCITRAL arbitration rules, which should help to promote the continued broad global use of those Rules.
ورحب باسم وفده أيضاً باعتماد التوصيات المتعلقة بالتحكيم بمقتضى قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم بصيغتها المنقحة، ورأى أنها ستسهم في استمرار الاستعمال العالمي الواسع النطاق لهذه القواعد.
