34. Mr. Boldbaatar (Mongolia) assured the Committee that Mongolia would follow up on its recommendations in order to fulfil its obligations under the Convention.

It also recommends that sustained awareness-raising campaigns and legal training targeting women and nongovernmental organizations working on women's issues, be undertaken to encourage and equip women to avail themselves of procedures and remedies for violations of their rights under the Convention.
كما توصي بالقيام بحملات لا تتوقف للتوعية وللتدريب القانوني توجه كل النساء والمنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة على حل قضايا المرأة، وذلك لتشجيع النساء وتأهيلهن للاستفادة من الإجراءات وسبل والانتصاف عند انتهاك حقوقهن المقررة بموجب الاتفاقية.

Promotion of legal instruments. Advice and assistance to States in their efforts to develop appropriate legislative frameworks, as well as to effect international cooperation at the subregional and regional levels, for the sustainable development of ocean resources and for fulfilling their obligations under the Convention and related instruments.
تعزيز الصكوك القانونية - إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى الدول في جهودها الرامية إلى وضع أطر تشريعية مناسبة وتنفيذ التعاون الدولي على الصعيدين دون اﻹقليمي واﻹقليمي، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة لموارد المحيطات، وللوفاء بالتزاماتها المقررة بموجب الاتفاقية والصكوك ذات الصلة.

271. While the Committee notes the efforts deployed to reduce the illiteracy rate among women, it urges the Government to strengthen this policy in order to reduce women’s illiteracy and thereby enable them to have access to information concerning their rights under the Convention.
٢٧١ - وبينما تلاحظ اللجنة الجهود المبذولة من أجل خفض معدل اﻷمية، في أوساط النساء، فإنها تحث الحكومة على تعزيز هذه السياسة ﻷجل خفض معدل أمية النساء تدريجيا بحيث يتمكن من نيل المعلومات المتعلقة بحقوقهن المقررة بموجب الاتفاقية.
