As a conclusion, the Board notes the several instances in which UNICEF has deviated from United Nations instructions regarding staff entitlements, confirms its recommendation in paragraph 138 below and recommends that UNICEF comply with United Nations staff rule 112.2 and further liaise with the United Nations Secretariat on this matter.
