7. invites the regional commissions and intergovernmental organizations, within their respective mandates, as well as nongovernmental organizations, national disability and human rights institutions and independent experts with an interest in the matter, to make available to the Ad Hoc Committee suggestions and possible elements to be considered in proposals for a convention;
7 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية، في حدود ولاية كل منها، فضلا عن المنظمات غير الحكومية، والمؤسسات الوطنية المعنية بالإعاقة وحقوق الإنسان، والخبراء المستقلين المهتمين بهذه المسألة، أن تقدم إلى اللجنة المخصصة اقتراحات بشأن العناصر الممكن النظر في إدراجها في مقترحات للاتفاقية؛

" 19. invites the regional commissions to organize panel discussions with the participation of high-level personalities from countries of origin, transit and destination to examine the issue of international migration and development, and to provide inputs to the report of the Secretary-General on this agenda item into the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth session; " 20.

2. invites the regional commissions to facilitate discussions of this issue in each region, including through their analytical work and support in the sharing of best practices and lessons learned, and the promotion of regional and subregional economic cooperation;
2 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية إلى أن تيسر المناقشات المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع في كل منطقة على حدة، بطرق تشمل ما تقوم به تلك اللجان من عمل تحليلي وتقدمه من دعم في سياق تبادل أفضـل الممارسـات والدروس المستفادة، وأن تشجع التعـــاون الاقتصادي على الصعيدين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي؛

57. invites the regional commissions, in cooperation with regional organizations and other regional processes, as appropriate, to further contribute within their respective mandates to implementation and reviews of outcomes of the major United Nations conferences and summits in the economic, social and related fields;
57 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية إلى أن تواصل، بالتعاون مع المنظمات الإقليمية وغيرها من العمليات الإقليمية، حسب الاقتضاء، مساهمتها، في حدود ولاية كل منها، في تنفيذ واستعراض نتائج المؤتمرات الرئيسية ومؤتمرات القمة التي تعقدها الأمم المتحدة في الميدانين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والميادين المتصلة بهما؛

13. invites the regional commissions, with the support of the regional development banks and other relevant entities, to hold regional consultations, as appropriate, during the first half of 2010, which will serve to provide inputs to the preparations for the High-level Plenary Meeting as well as the Meeting itself;
13 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية إلى القيام، بدعم من مصارف التنمية الإقليمية وغيرها من الكيانات المعنية، بعقد مشاورات على الصعيد الإقليمي، حسب الاقتضاء، خلال النصف الأول من عام 2010، تساعد على توفير إسهامات يستفاد منها في الأعمال التحضيرية للاجتماع العام الرفيع المستوى والاجتماع في حد ذاته؛

" 23. invites the regional commissions and their subregional offices, in collaboration with other relevant entities of the United Nations system as well as the International Organization for Migration, to organize discussions to examine regional aspects of international migration and development and to provide inputs, in accordance with their respective mandates, to the preparatory process of the high-level dialogue;
" 23 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية ومكاتبها دون الإقليمية إلى القيام، بالتعاون مع الكيانات الأخرى المعنية في منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة، بتنظيم مناقشات لدراسة الجوانب الإقليمية للهجرة الدولية والتنمية وتقديم إسهامات، وفقا لولايات كل منها، تضاف إلى العملية التحضيرية للحوار الرفيع المستوى؛

16. invites the regional commissions and their subregional offices, in collaboration with other relevant entities of the United Nations system, as well as the International Organization for Migration and its Council, to organize discussions to examine regional aspects of international migration and development and to provide inputs, in accordance with their respective mandates, to the preparatory process of the high-level dialogue;
16 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية ومكاتبها دون الإقليمية إلى القيام، بالتعاون مع الكيانات المعنية الأخرى في منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة والمجلس التابع لها، بتنظيم مناقشات لدراسة الجوانب الإقليمية للهجرة الدولية والتنمية وتقديم مدخلات، وفقا لولاياتها، إلى العملية التحضيرية للحوار الرفيع المستوى؛

33. invites the regional commissions to provide inputs and actively participate in the fifth High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development to be held in 2011, and in this context calls upon the regional commissions, with the support of regional development banks and other relevant entities, to hold regional consultations, as appropriate, as part of their inputs to the High-level Dialogue;
33 - تدعو اللجان الإقليمية إلى الإسهام بمدخلات والمشاركة بنشاط في الحوار الخامس الرفيع المستوى بشأن تمويل التنمية المقرر عقده عام 2011، وتهيب في هذا الصدد باللجان الإقليمية أن تقوم، بدعم من مصارف التنمية الإقليمية والكيانات الأخرى ذات الصلة، بعقد مشاورات إقليمية، حسب الاقتضاء، كجزء من مساهماتها في الحوار الرفيع المستوى؛

33. invites the regional commissions to provide inputs for and to actively participate in the fifth High-level Dialogue, to be held in 2011, and in this context calls upon the regional commissions, with the support of regional development banks and other relevant entities, to hold regional consultations, as appropriate, as part of their inputs to the High-level Dialogue;
