1. Encourages Parties to respond, by 31 January 2008, to the invitation issued by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting to provide comments to the Secretariat on issues such as roles and responsibilities in the draft ship recycling convention and those relevant to the Basel Convention, including:

Invites parties and others to provide comments to the Secretariat on the further revised draft technical guidelines by 28 February 2015, in particular on the options relating to paragraph 26 (b), and requests the Secretariat to make them available on the website of the Basel Convention;
5- يدعو الأطراف وغيرها من الجهات إلى تقديم تعليقات إلى الأمانة بشأن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية المـُعاد تنقيحها في موعد أقصاه 28 شباط/فبراير 2015، لاسيما بشأن الخيارات المتعلقة بالفقرة 26 (ب)، كما يطلب إلى الأمانة إتاحتها على الموقع الشبكي لاتفاقية بازل؛

By paragraph 8 of that decision, the Conference invited Parties and others to submit comments to the Secretariat on issues referred to in subparagraph 7 (c) of that decision.
