2. In determining the amount to transfer, the Parties shall agree on any issues related to interest and appreciation that has accrued on the confiscated proceeds of crime or property and the deduction of reasonable expenses incurred in investigations, prosecution or judicial proceedings leading to the confiscation of the proceeds of crime or property.]
2- لدى تحديد المبلغ المزمع تحويله، يتعيّن على الطرفين أن يتفقا على أي مسائل تتعلق بما تراكم من فوائد مصرفية على العائدات الإجرامية أو الممتلكات المصادرة، وعلى اقتطاع ما جرى تكبّده من نفقات معقولة في التحرّيات أو الملاحقة أو الإجراءات القضائية التي أفضت إلى مصادرة تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات.]

2. [2. On receipt of a request for sharing confiscated proceeds of crime or property made in accordance with the provisions of this article, the Party where confiscated proceeds of crime or property are located shall share with the other Party such proceeds of crime or property, as set out in article 3 of this Agreement.]
[2- عند تلقّي طلب لاقتسام عائدات الجريمة أو ممتلكات مصادرة، مقدّم وفقا لأحكام هذه المادة، يتعيّن على الطرف الذي توجد لديه عائدات الجريمة أو الممتلكات المصادرة أن يقتسم تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات مع الطرف الآخر، حسبما هو مبيّن في المادة 3 من هذا الاتفاق.]

(a) Contributing the value of such proceeds of crime or property or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds of crime or property or a part thereof to the account designated in accordance with article [...] [Other measures: implementation of the Convention through economic development and technical assistance], paragraph 2 (c), of this Convention and to intergovernmental bodies specializing in the fight against corruption;

1. Proceeds of crime or property confiscated by a State Party pursuant to articles 12 or 13, paragraph 1, of this Convention shall be disposed of by that State Party in accordance with its domestic law and administrative procedures.
1- يتعين على الدولة الطرف التي تصادر عائدات اجرامية أو ممتلكات عملا بالمادة 12، أو الفقرة 1 من المادة 13 من هذه الاتفاقية، أن تتصرف في تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات وفقا لقانونها الداخلي واجراءاتها الادارية.

3. Each State Party may give consideration to concluding agreements on the sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, of such proceeds or property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds or property.
٣ - يجوز لكل دولة طرف أن تنظر في إبرام اتفاقات تنص على اقتسامها مع غيرها من الدول اﻷطراف، في جميع اﻷحوال أو على أساس كل حالة على حدة، العائدات أو الممتلكات، أو اﻷموال اﻵتية من بيع تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات.

(ii) Sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, such proceeds or property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds or property, in accordance with its domestic law, administrative procedures or bilateral or multilateral agreements entered into for this purpose.
`٢` اقتسام تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات ، أو المبالغ المستمدة من بيع هذه العائدات أو الممتلكات مع دول أطراف أخرى ، على أساس منتظم أو حسب الحالة ، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو إجراءاتها اﻹدارية أو الاتفاقات الثنائية أو المتعددة اﻷطراف التي أبرمتها لهذا الغرض .

(b) Allocating or contributing the value of such proceeds or property or funds deriving from their sale or a part thereof to the financing of specific development projects or programmes to the exclusive benefit of the population of the requesting State Party.
(ب) تخصيص قيمة تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات أو الأموال المتأتية من بيعها أو جزء منها أو التبرع بها أو بجزء منها لتمويل مشاريع أو برامج إنمائية محددة تكون حصرا لمنفعة سكان الدولة الطرف الطالبة.

(c) Contributing the value of such proceeds or property or funds deriving from their sale or a part thereof to the reduction of the multilateral debt of the requesting State Party.
(ج) التبرع بقيمة تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات أو بالأموال المتأتية من بيعها أو بجزء منها لتخفيض الدين المتعدد الأطراف للدولة الطرف الطالبة.

(b) Sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, such proceeds or property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds or property, in accordance with its domestic law, administrative procedures or bilateral or multilateral agreements entered into for this purpose.
)ب( اقتسام تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات ، أو اﻷموال المتأتية من بيع تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات ، مع دول أطراف أخرى ، على أساس منتظم أو حسب الحالة ، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو اجراءاتها الادارية أو الاتفاقات الثنائية أو المتعددة اﻷطراف التي أبرمتها لهذا الغرض .

The Party transferring the proceeds of crime or property assumes no liability or responsibility for the proceeds of crime or property once they have been transferred and relinquishes all right or title to and interest in the transferred proceeds of crime or property.
ولا يتحمّل الطرف الذي يحوّل عائدات الجريمة أو الممتلكات أي تبعة أو مسؤولية بشأن تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات متى تم تحويلها، ويتخلّى عن كل الحقوق والمصالح في عائدات الجريمة أو الممتلكات المحوّلة().

The Party transferring the proceeds of crime or property assumes no liability or responsibility for the proceeds of crime or property once they have been transferred and relinquishes all right or title to and interest in the transferred proceeds of crime or property.
ولا يتحمّل الطرف الذي يحوّل العائدات الإجرامية أو الممتلكات أي تبعة أو مسؤولية بشأن تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات متى تم تحويلها، ويتخلّى عن كل الحقوق والمصالح في العائدات الإجرامية أو الممتلكات المحوّلة.()

1. Proceeds of crime or property confiscated by a State Party pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 7 or paragraph 1 of article 7 bis shall be disposed of by that State Party in accordance with its domestic law and administrative procedures.
١ - يتعين على الدولة الطرف التي تصادر عائدات اجرامية أو ممتلكات عملا بالفقرة ١ من المادة ٧ ، أو الفقرة ١ من المادة ٧ مكررا ، أن تتصرف في تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات وفقا لقانونها الداخلي واجراءاتها الادارية .
