72. The Subcommittee noted that the General Assembly, in its resolution 56/51, had endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Legal Subcommittee continue its consideration of review and possible revision of the Principles Relevant to the Use of Nuclear Power Sources in Outer Space, as a single issue and item for discussion.
72- نوهت اللجنة الفرعية بأن الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 56/51، أقرت توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن تواصل اللجنة الفرعية القانونية نظرها في استعراض المبادئ ذات الصلة باستخدام مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي وإمكان تنقيحها كموضوع وبند منفرد للمناقشة.

The Legal Subcommittee recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 60/99, had endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Subcommittee should consider, as a regular item of its agenda, an item entitled " Information on the activities of international organizations relating to space law " .
55- استذكرت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية أن الجمعية العامة كانت قد أيّدت، في قرارها 60/99، توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن تنظر اللجنة الفرعية في بند عنوانه " معلومات عن أنشطة المنظمات الدولية فيما يتعلق بقانون الفضاء " باعتباره بندا دائما في جدول أعمالها.

The Subcommittee recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 62/217, had endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Legal Subcommittee, at its forty-seventh session, should consider capacity-building in space law as a single issue/item for discussion.
110- استذكرت اللجنة الفرعية أنّ الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 62/217، قد أقرّت توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن تنظر اللجنة الفرعية القانونية، في دورتها السابعة والأربعين، في بناء القدرات في مجال قانون الفضاء كموضوع/بند منفرد للمناقشة.

In the same resolution, the General Assembly endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the activities of the programme be carried out within the proposed implementation framework presented to the Committee (A/AC.105/873, annex III).
2- وفي القرار ذاته، أيدت الجمعية العامة توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن تُنفذ أنشطة البرنامج في إطار التنفيذ المقترح المقدّم إلى اللجنة (A/AC.105/873، المرفق الثالث).

By its resolution 64/86, the General Assembly welcomed the progress made by the International Committee and endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Office for Outer Space Affairs of the Secretariat should continue to serve as the executive secretariat of the International Committee and its Providers' Forum.
ورحبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 64/86 بما أحرزته اللجنة الدولية من تقدم، وأيدت توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن يواصل مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي التابع للأمانة العامة القيام بدور الأمانة التنفيذية للجنة الدولية ومنتدى مقدمي الخدمات التابع لها.

In its resolution 64/86, the General Assembly endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space for the Office for Outer Space Affairs of the Secretariat to continue to serve as the executive secretariat of the International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems (ICG) and its Providers' Forum.
3- وكانت الجمعية العامة قد أيّدت، في قرارها 64/86، توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن يواصل مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي التابع للأمانة العامة القيام بدور الأمانة التنفيذية للجنة الدولية المعنية بالنُّظُم العالمية لسواتل الملاحة (اللجنة الدولية) ومنتدى مقدِّمي الخدمات التابع لها.

The Chairman drew attention to the fact that the General Assembly, in its resolution 53/45, had endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Legal Subcommittee continue its review of the status of the five international legal instruments governing outer space and that the Subcommittee establish a working group to consider that item.
٣٤ - واسترعى الرئيس الانتباه الى أن الجمعية العامة أيدت ، في قرارها ٣٥/٥٤ ، توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في اﻷغراض السلمية بأن تواصل اللجنة الفرعية القانونية استعراض حالة الصكوك القانونية الدولية الخمسة الناظمة للفضاء الخارجي وبأن تنشئ اللجنة الفرعية فريقا عاملا لكي ينظر في هذا البند .

19 - تؤيد توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن يواصل مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي التابع للأمانة العامة القيام بدور الأمانة التنفيذية للجنة الدولية المعنية بالنظم العالمية للملاحة بواسطة السواتل ومنتدى مقدمي الخدمات التابع لها()؛

26. The Legal Subcommittee recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 56/51, had endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Subcommittee consider this agenda item as a regular item and had agreed that the Subcommittee should establish a working group on this item for three years, from 2002 to 2004.
26- استذكرت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية أن الجمعية العامة كانت قد وافقت، في قرارها 56/51، على توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن تنظر اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في هذا البند من جدول الأعمال كبند منتظم، ووافقت على أن تنشئ اللجنة الفرعية فريقا عاملا يعنى بهذا البند لمدة ثلاث سنوات، من عام 2002 الى عام 2004.

119. The Legal Subcommittee recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 56/51, had endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that the Subcommittee continue its review of the concept of the " launching State " , in accordance with the work plan adopted by the Committee, and noted that the Subcommittee would reconvene its working group to consider that item.
119- استذكرت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية أن الجمعية العامة أقرت، في قرارها 56/51، توصية لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بأن تواصل اللجنة الفرعية استعراضها لمفهوم " الدولة المطلقة " ، وفقا لخطة العمل التي اعتمدتها اللجنة، ولاحظت أن اللجنة الفرعية ستدعو فريقها العامل إلى الانعقاد مجددا للنظر في ذلك البند.
