10- وينص برنامج عمل الفريق العامل المخصص لعام 2009 على اعتماد استنتاجات بشأن حجم تخفيضات الانبعاثات الذي يتعين أن تحققه إجمالاً الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول، وبشأن مساهمة هذه الأطراف، منفردة أو مجتمعة، في حجم هذه التخفيضات في الدورتين السابعة والثامنة للفريق العامل المخصص.

The contribution of Annex I Parties, individually or jointly, consistent with Article 4 of the Kyoto Protocol, to the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties in aggregate.

15. As agreed at AWG-KP 11, the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties (so-called numbers) is and will continue to be at the core of the work of the AWG-KP.
15- وحسبما اتُفق عليه في الدورة الحادية عشرة لفريق الالتزامات الإضافية، فإن حجم تخفيضات الانبعاثات الذي يتعين أن تحققه الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول (ما يسمى ﺑ " الأرقام " ) يدخل وسيظل يدخل في صلب عمل فريق الالتزامات الإضافية.

14. Parties were invited to submit to the secretariat, if possible by 2 July 2010, their views on the topics to be covered and the organizations/experts to be invited to the in-session workshop at its thirteenth session on the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties in aggregate and the contribution of Annex I Parties, individually or jointly, to this scale.
14- وقد دُعيت الأطراف إلى أن تقدّم إلى الأمانة، ما أمكن بحلول 2 تموز/يوليه 2010، آراءها بشأن المواضيع التي سيجري تناولها والمنظمات/الخبراء الذين سيُدعوْن إلى حلقة العمل المعقودة أثناء الدورة الثالثة عشرة للفريق بشأن حجم تخفيضات الانبعاثات التي يتعين أن تحققها الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول إجمالاً وإسهام هذه الأطراف، بصورة فردية أو مشتركة، في تحقيق هذا الحجم.

20. As agreed at AWG-KP 11, the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties (so called " numbers " ) is and will continue to be at the core of the work of the AWG-KP.
20- حسبما اتُفق عليه في الدورة الحادية عشرة لفريق الالتزامات الإضافية، فإن حجم تخفيضات الانبعاثات الذي يتعين أن تحققه الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول (ما يسمى ب " الأرقام " ) يدخل وسيظل يدخل في صلب أعمال فريق الالتزامات الإضافية.

He also noted that the AWG-KP had agreed to adopt conclusions on the contribution of Annex I Parties, individually or jointly, consistent with Article 4 of the Kyoto Protocol, to the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties in aggregate.

16. While acknowledging that the scale of emission reductions in accordance with pledges may not be sufficient, some participants noted that moving to the upper range of pledges by a number of Annex I Parties could only be achieved in the context of a global effort, including from countries that are major emitters.

a Parties have submitted proposals for contributions of Annex I Parties, individually or jointly, to the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties in aggregate in relation to the option for a five-year commitment period (i.e. 2013 - 2017 and 2018 - 2022) as well as information relating to possible quantified emission limitation and reduction objectives.
