Encourages the Government of the Sudan to continue its cooperation with the United Nations in the field of human rights, through the Special Rapporteur and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and its expert in Khartoum entrusted with the task of advising the Government on the development of national capacity to promote and protect human rights;
6- تشجع حكومة السودان على مواصلة تعاونها مع الأمم المتحدة في ميدان حقوق الإنسان، عن طريق المقرر الخاص ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان وخبيرها في الخرطوم المكلف بمهمة إسداء المشورة للحكومة فيما يخص بناء القدرة الوطنية على تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها؛

5. 5- تشجع حكومة السودان على مواصلة تعاونها مع الأمم المتحدة في ميدان حقوق الإنسان، عن طريق المقرر الخاص ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان وخبيرها في الخرطوم المكلف بمهمة إسداء المشورة للحكومة فيما يخص بناء القدرة الوطنية على تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها؛

The recommendations should be specific, providing for particular positive measures to be taken by the State in different fields of public life, and should allow for a follow-up procedure through the Special Rapporteur of the Human Rights Council on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.

1.2 On 18 June 2007, the Committee, acting through the Special Rapporteur on new communications and interim measures, determined that observations from the State party were not needed to ascertain the admissibility of this communication.

1.2 On 10 May 2010, the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur on new communications and interim measures, decided not to consider the admissibility and the merits of the case separately.

4.1 On 19 January 1998 the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur for new communications, transmitted the communication to the State party for comments and requested the State party not to expel or deport the author to the Islamic Republic of Iran while his communication was under consideration by the Committee.

1.2 On 14 May 2002, the Human Rights Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur on new communications, requested the State party pursuant to rule 86 of its rules of procedure not to carry out the death sentence against the authors whilst their case was before the Committee.
1-2 وفي 14 أيار/مايو 2002، طلبت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان إلى الدولة الطرف، عن طريق المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات الجديدة، وعملاً بالمادة 86 من النظام الداخلي، عدم تنفيذ الحكم بإعدام أصحاب البلاغ أثناء فترة عرض قضيتهم على اللجنة.

1.2 In accordance with rule 92 of the Committee's Rules of Procedure, the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur on new communications, requested the State party on 19 August 2005 not to carry out the death sentence against the author so as to enable the Committee to examine his complaint

1.2 On 28 January 2009, the Committee acting through its Special Rapporteur on New Communications and Interim Measures, requested the State party to adopt all necessary measures to protect the life, safety and personal integrity of the author's brother, so as to avoid irreparable damage to him, and to inform the Committee of the measures taken by the State party in compliance with this request within 30 days.
1-2 وفي 28 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، طلبت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، عن طريق المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات الجديدة والتدابير المؤقتة، إلى الدولة الطرف اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية حياة شقيق صاحب البلاغ وأمنه وسلامته الشخصية، حتّى لا يلحق به ضرر لا يمكن جبره، وإبلاغها بالتدابير المتخذة في غضون 30 يوماً من هذا الطلب.
