حق اﻹسهام في التقدم العلمي وفي الفوائد الناجمة عنه

In this respect, it is important to recall that article 27.1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that " Everyone has the right freely ... to share in scientific advancement and its benefits " ;
ومن المهم اﻹشارة في هذا الصدد، الى أن المادة ٢٧ من البيان العالمي لحقوق الانسان تنص على أن " لكل شخص حق المشاركة الحرة. وفي اﻹسهام في التقدم العلمي وفي الفوائد التي تنجم عنه " ؛

2. Reiterates that everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits;
2- تعيد تأكيد أن لكل شخص الحق في المشاركة الحرة في حياة المجتمع الثقافية، وفي الاستمتاع بالفنون، والإسهام في التقدم العلمي وفي الفوائد التي تنجم عنه؛

They traffic not in drugs or weapons but in scientific progress.
حيث أنهم لا يتاجرون في المخدرات أو الأسلحة، بل في التقدم العلمي.

This international day could also be a useful opportunity to reflect upon the contribution of this mission to scientific progress.
ويمكن أن يمثل هذا اليوم العالمي أيضاً فرصة مفيدة لتأمل مساهمة هذه البعثة في التقدم العلمي.

3. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights recognized the right of everyone freely to participate in the cultural life of the community and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
3 - وقد أقر الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بحق كل فرد في المشاركة بحرية في الحياة الثقافية للمجتمع وفي المشاركة في التقدم العلمي ومشاطرة الفوائد المتأتية منه.

567. Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948 states that: " Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits. "
567- وتنص المادة 27 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الصادر في عام 1948، على أن: " لكل شخص حق المشاركة الحرة في حياة المجتمع الثقافية وفي الاستمتاع بالفنون والإسهام في التقدم العلمي وفي الفوائد التي تنجم عنه " .

I. Introduction 1. The right of everyone to share in scientific advancement and its benefits is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and, in slightly different terms, as the right to benefit from scientific progress and its applications in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
1- يكرس الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان حق كل فرد في المساهمة في التقدم العلمي والاستفادة من نتائجه، هذا الحق المكرس بصيغة مختلفة قليلاً في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية باعتباره حقاً في التمتع بفوائد التقدم العلمي وتطبيقاته.

The Universal Declaration recognized that " Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community ... and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits " (art. 27).
فقد اعترف الاعلان العالمي بأن " لكل شخص حق المشاركة الحرة في حياة المجتمع الثقافية ... والاسهام في التقدم العلمي وفي الفوائد التي تنجم عنه " )المادة ٧٢(.

7. The right to share in scientific advancement and its benefits is recognized in article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and, in slightly different terms, in article 15 (1)(b) of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
7- أقرت المادة 27 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الحق في المساهمة في التقدم العلمي والاستفادة من نتائجه، وأقرته بصيغة مختلفة قليلاً الفقرة 1(ب) من المادة 15 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
