Mr. NÚÑEZ MOSQUERA (Cuba) said that Cuba rejected as unacceptable and discriminatory the argument, which had been put forward earlier and had been brought up again, that in considering the issue of Non-Self-Governing Territories, the size of the Territory and of the population should be taken into account.
