The United Nations development system organizations are exploring funding modalities that enhance the predictability, long-term stability, reliability and adequacy of funding for the operational activities of the system in order to respond to the evolving needs of programme countries in their pursuit of the internationally agreed development goals.
71 - وتعكف منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على استكشاف طرائق تمويل تعزز القدرة على التنبؤ بالموارد، واستقرار تمويل الأنشطة التنفيذية للجهاز لأجل طويل، وموثوقيته، وكفايته، بهدف الوفاء بالاحتياجات المتغيرة لدى البلدان المستفيدة من البرامج في سعيها نحو تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية المتفق عليها دوليا.

32. Calls upon the organizations of the United Nations development system to support the strengthening of the capacity of Governments to establish databanks and carry out poverty assessments at the country level;
32 - تدعو منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إلى دعم تعزيز قدرة الحكومات على إنشاء مصارف بيانات وإجراء تقييمات للفقر على الصعيد القطري؛

17. Requests all organizations of the United Nations development system to develop further and implement monitoring and evaluation methodologies and mechanisms related to capacity-building outcomes;

47. A significant degree of networking has taken place among institutions in developing countries, both at the initiative of the countries themselves and also as a result of the promotional efforts of the organizations of the United Nations development system.

23. 23 - يوصي بأن تنظر جميع منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي في الدروس المستقاة ونشرها كعنصر من العناصر المحدَّدة المطلوبة في أنشطتها، وأن تسمي المسؤولين عن رصد فعالية عملية استخلاص الدروس على مستوى المقر وعلى المستوى القطري؛

(ج)تطلب إلى جميع منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي أن تواصل توحيد ومواءمة المفاهيم والممارسات المتصلة بتكاليف المعاملات واسترداد التكاليف، وأن تحافظ في الوقت نفسه على مبدأ استرداد التكاليف بالكامل في إدارة المساهمات غير الأساسية/التكميلية/الخارجة عن الميزانية؛

47. Urges all organizations of the United Nations development system to intensify inter-agency sharing of information at the system-wide level on good practices and experiences gained, results achieved, benchmarks and indicators and monitoring and evaluation criteria concerning their capacity-building and capacity development activities;
47 - تحث جميع منظمات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على تكثيف تبادل المعلومات بين الوكالات على نطاق المنظومة بشأن الممارسات الجيدة والخبرات المكتسبة، والنتائج المحققة، والمقاييس والمؤشرات، ومعايير الرصد والتقييم بشأن أنشطتها في مجال بناء وتنمية القدرات؛

The strategic plan derives from the call by the General Assembly, in its resolution 64/289 on system-wide coherence, to modernize procedures leading to significant cost savings and a reduction in the administrative and procedural burden on the organizations of the United Nations development system and national partners.
