٥- إن القواعد الجديدة المعنية بالتدابير الوقائية ومكافحة اﻹغراق والدعم والتدابير التعويضية المنبثقة من اتفاقات جولة أوروغواي ستحسن بشكل عام فرص التجارة بتوفير قدر أكبر بكثير من تأمين الوصول إلى اﻷسواق ولا سيما للبلدان النامية.
