114- وبغرض كفالة أن تنتهج الشرطة سلوكاً مهنياً وأخلاقياً وقانونياً إزاء القاصرين، اعتمدت وزارة الداخلية إجراءين داخليين ملزمين قانوناً هما: المبادئ التوجيهية لسلوك ضباط الشرطة إزاء القاصرين والبالغين الأصغر سناً والبروتوكول الخاص المتعلق بسلوك ضباط الشرطة أثناء حماية القاصرين من الإيذاء والإهمال.

The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to protect children from abuse and neglect and to promote positive parenting and take all appropriate measures to increase the number of protective shelters available to children at risk who should benefit from psychosocial assistance and appropriate care.

While noting some efforts undertaken to protect children from abuse and neglect, the Committee regrets that there are no specific programmes in place targeting particular groups of children, such as Roma children, refugee and internally displaced children, children in care institutions, children in street situations and the girl child, with the aim of preventing practices prohibited under the Optional Protocol.
31- مع ملاحظة الاضطلاع بقدر من الجهود لحماية الأطفال من الإيذاء والإهمال فإن اللجنة تأسف لعدم وجود برامج محددة تستهدف مجموعات محددة من الأطفال، مثل أطفال طائفة الروما واللاجئين والأطفال المشردين داخلياً والأطفال في مؤسسات الرعاية والأطفال في حالات الشوارع والأطفال الإناث، بهدف منع الممارسات المحظورة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.
