(أ) ينشأ الحق في الحصول على تكاليف النقل المتعلقة بالأمتعة الشخصية واللوازم المنزلية، حسبما هي معرفة في القاعدة 7-15 (ج) بالنسبة للموظفين المعينين على أساس دولي تعيينا محدد المدة أو تعيينا مستمرا في الأحوال التالية ووفقا للشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام:
