Despite the parties' declared commitment to respecting the provisions of the Peace Agreement and supporting an international military presence, the high level of suspicion among the parties, continuing attempts to consolidate territorial gains, and the presence of criminal elements add to the volatility of the situation.
25 - وبرغم ما أعلنته الأطراف من التزام باحترام أحكام اتفاق السلام ودعم وجود عسكري دولي، فإن ارتفاع درجة الشكوك بين صفوف الأطراف، ومحاولات تدعيم المكاسب الإقليمية فضلا عن وجود عناصر إجرامية، يضيف في مجموعه إلى تذبذب الحالة السائدة.

At the same time, we in the international community must continue to urge the parties themselves fully to respect their commitments under the terms of the Peace Agreement.
وفي الوقت ذاته، علينا نحن في المجتمع الدولي أن نستمر في حث اﻷطراف ذاتها على احترام التزاماتها بموجب أحكام اتفاق السلام احتراما كاملا.
