Welcomes the report of the Expert Group on Best Available Techniques and Best Environmental Practices on the work of its second meeting;
1 - يرحب بتقرير فريق الخبراء المعني بأفضل التقنيات المتاحة وأفضل الممارسات البيئية عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني()؛

(b) To take note of the report of the Expert Group on the work of its second meeting as contained in document UNEP/POPS/EGBATBEP.2/4;
(ب) أن يحيط علماً بتقرير فريق الخبراء عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني على النحو الوارد في الوثيقة UNEP/POPS/EGBATBEP.2/4؛

The Secretariat also transmitted annex II of the report of the expert group on the work of its second meeting to the appropriate bodies of the Basel Convention through the Secretariat of the Basel Convention in response to a request by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting.
وأحالت الأمانة أيضاً المرفق الثاني بتقرير فريق الخبراء عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني إلى الهيئات ذات الصلة التابعة لاتفاقية بازل من خلال أمانة اتفاقية بازل وذلك استجابة لطلب من مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه السابع.

Requests the Secretariat to transmit annex II of the report of the Expert Group on the work of its second meeting to the appropriate bodies of the Basel Convention through the secretariat of the Basel Convention in response to a request by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting.
8 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تحيل المرفق الثاني لتقرير فريق الخبراء عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني إلى الهيئات المختصة باتفاقية بازل من خلال أمانة اتفاقية بازل استجابة لطلب مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه السابع.

It is a shortened version of the sample objective contained in the elements of a comprehensive mercury framework set out in the appendix to annex I of the report of the Open-ended Working Group on the work of its second meeting (UNEP(DTIE)/Hg/OEWG.2/13), which took place from 6 to 10 October 2008.
وهو نسخة مختصرة من الهدف العيِّنة الوارد في عناصر إطار الزئبق الشامل الوارد في المرفق الأول لتقرير الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني (UNEP(DTIE)/Hg/OEWG.2/13) الذي انعقد في الفترة من 6 إلى 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2008.

Comment: The following provisions are based upon the elements of a comprehensive mercury framework set out in the report of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Mercury on the work of its second meeting (UNEP(DTIE)/Hg/OEWG.2/13, appendix to annex I, paragraph 11).
تعليق: تستند الأحكام التالية إلى عناصر الإطار الشامل للزئبق الواردة في التقرير المخصّص لفريق العمل المفتوح العضوية المعني بالزئبق عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني (UNEP(DTIE)/Jg/OEWG.2/13، تذييل المرفق 1، الفقرة 11).
