١٤ - ويضمن فريق المستعملين الاستشاري أن يكون المكتب على علم تام باهتمامات مؤسسات اﻷمم المتحدة وغيرها من المؤسسات التي تستفيد من خدماته ويصدر إلى المدير التنفيذي التوصيات المناسبة.
