وتنص على معاقبة كل من يستهزئ علنا بشخص لأسباب تتعلق بالمعتقد أو بالوظيفة الدينية؛ ويمنع أو يعطل الاحتفال بالشعائر الدينية أو ممارستها أو يشهر علنا بشعيرة من شعائر العبادة أو أي من مستلزماتها، بالحبس لمدى تتراوح بين شهر وسنة واحدة أو بالغرامة.

" Any public official who issues a certificate of another person's merit or service which contains false information shall be punishable by a maximum of two years' imprisonment or a fine. "
يعاقب الموظف العمومي الذي يصدر شهادة استحقاق أو خدمات مزيفة بالسجن لمدة أقصاها سنتان أو بالغرامة.

6. Any person issuing a contract of marriage to more than one wife outside the court in contravention of paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not more than one year or a fine of not more than IQD 100 or both.

Article 204 (2) of the Criminal Code provides: " A term of up to two years' imprisonment or a fine will be imposed on anyone who prints, sells, distributes or displays obscene images, drawings, models or other such items. "

A term of up to one year's imprisonment or a fine shall be imposed on anyone who threatens in any way to commit an offence or a harmful act against another person or his spouse or a relative up to the fourth degree for the purpose of intimidating that other person.
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة أو بالغرامة كل من هدد غيره بأي وسيلة بارتكاب جريمة أو بعمل ضار أو بعمل يقع عليه أو على زوجه أو أحد أقاربه حتى الدرجة الرابعة إذا كان من شأن التهديد أن يحدث فزعاً لدى من وقع عليه.

A term of up to five years' imprisonment or a fine shall be imposed on anyone who deliberately frightens a person into believing that he will harm him or someone for whom he cares and thereby coerces that other person into surrendering to him or a third party property, a legal deed or any item bearing that other person's signature or seal which is convertible into a legal deed.

51. Article 271 prescribes a term of up to one year's imprisonment or a fine of up to 3,000 Yemini rials (YRI) for committing an act of indecency against a living human being without using coercion or deception.

" Deliberate acts aimed at affronting the national honour and dignity and likewise direct or indirect restriction of the rights of, or the establishment of direct or indirect advantages for, citizens according to their racial or national origin shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of not more than three years or by a fine.
" اﻷفعال المتعمدة التي تستهدف اﻹساءة إلى الشرف القومي أو الكرامة القومية وبالمثل التي تنطوي على الحد من حقوق المواطنين، على نحو مباشر أو غير مباشر، أو إيجاد مزايا مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لهم بناء على اﻷصل العنصري أو القومي يعاقب عليها بالحرمان من الحرية لمدة لا تزيد عن ثلاث سنوات أو بالغرامة.

" The same acts combined with violence, fraud or threats, inter alia when committed by an official, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of not more than five years or by a fine.
" ونفس هذه اﻷفعال إذا ارتكبها موظف رسمي واقترنت في جملة أمور بالعنف أو الاحتيال أو التهديد، يعاقب عليها بالحرمان من الحرية لمدة لا تزيد عن خمس سنوات أو بالغرامة.

Whosoever knowingly disturbs another by misuse of cable and wireless communications equipment shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine not exceeding 50 dinars.
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو بالغرامة التي لا تتجاوز خمسين دينارا من تسبب عمدا في إزعاج غيره بإساءة استعمال أجهزة المواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية.

96. Article 274 of the Code of Offences and Penalties No. 12 of 1994 stipulates that a term of up to six months' imprisonment or a fine will be imposed on anyone who commits an obscene act in public which can be seen or heard by others.
96- نصت المادتان 274 و275 من قانون الجرائم والعقوبات رقم 12 لعام 1994 على ما يلي: المادة 274: " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ستة أشهر أو بالغرامة كل من أتى فعلاً فاضحاً علانية بحيث يراه أو يسمعه الآخرون " .

Under article 247 of the Code any person who commits this offence without taking part in the arrest, imprisonment or detention of the person in question faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison or a fine.
91- وتنص المادة 247 على أن يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات أو بالغرامة كل من يرتكب هذا الفعل بدون أن يشترك في القبض على الشخص أو حبسه أو حجزه .
