We particularly call upon the States outside the Convention, which have recently used anti-personnel mines and/or continue to produce to stop these activities.
وندعو بالخصوص الدول التي بقيت خارج الاتفاقية، والتي استعملت أخيراً ألغاماً مضادة للأفراد و/أو تستمر في إنتاجها إلى وقف تلك الأنشطة.
