1. Syrian law applies to every Syrian who, in the capacity of perpetrator, instigator or accomplice, commits outside Syrian territory a serious or lesser offence that is punishable under Syrian law.
المادة 20 1. يطبق القانون السوري على كل سوري، فاعلاً كان أو محرضاً أو متدخلاً، أقدم خارج الأرض السورية، على ارتكاب جناية أو جنحة يعاقب عليها القانون السوري.

Article 25 of the Code of Criminal Procedure determines that every authority or its employees carrying out official duties that gain knowledge of a felony or misdemeanour taking place is obliged to inform the prosecutor.
وتنص المادة 25 من قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية على أنه على كل سلطة رسمية أو موظف عَلِم أثناء قيامه بوظيفته بوقوع جناية أو جنحة أن يبلِّغ الأمر في الحال للمدعي العام المختص.

1. Syrian law applies to every Syrian or foreigner who, in the capacity of perpetrator, instigator or accomplice, commits outside Syria a serious or lesser offence against the security of the State, or copies a State seal or copies or falsifies Syrian or foreign currency or Syrian bank bonds that are regarded as legal tender according to the law or custom in Syria.
1. يطبق القانون السوري على كل سوري أو أجنبي، فاعلاً كان أو محرضاً أو متدخلاً، أقدم من خارج الأرض السورية على ارتكاب جناية أو جنحة مخلة بأمن الدولة، أو قلد خاتم الدولة، أو قلد أو زور أوراق العملة أو السندات المصرفية السورية أو الأجنبية المتداولة شرعاً أو عرفاً في سورية

Any person who unlawfully receives, in whole or in part, articles which have been removed, misappropriated or obtained by means of a crime or an offence.
كل من يتعمد إخفاء أشياء مسروقة أو مهربة، أو الحصول عليها كاملة أو على جزء منها عن طريق جريمة أو جنحة.

e Unauthorized and forceful entry with intent to commit a felony or crime.
(هـ) الدخول إلى المنازل عنوةً بلا إذن بنيَّة ارتكاب جريمة أو جنحة.

بيد أن الدولة الموجَّه إليها طلب التسليم تلتزم، ضمن حدود اختصاصها لمحاكمة مواطنيها، بمقاضاة مواطنيها الذين ارتكبوا على أراضي دولة أخرى جرماً يعاقَب عليه بوصفه جريمة أو جنحة وفقاً لتشريعاتها، حين تقدِّم إليها الدولة الأخرى طلب مقاضاة وتُرفقه بملفات ووثائق ومواد ومعلومات في حوزتها.

Prisoners convicted primarily of first offences or misdemeanours shall be released.
وسيتم الافراج عن السجناء المدانين، ولا سيما، المدانين لأول مرة بارتكاب جريمة أو جنحة.

In addition, article 94 provides that a child may not be taken into pretrial detention if charged with a major or a lesser offence.
كما ينصّ الفصل 94 على أنّه لا يمكن إيقاف الطفل تحفّظياً إذا كان متّهماً بارتكاب مخالفة أو جنحة.

Finally, article 51 of the Passport Law prohibits the issuance of passports for any individual indicted of a crime or felony
وختاما تحظر المادة 51 من قانون جوازات السفر إصدار جوازات سفر لأي أفراد وجهت إليهم تهمة ارتكاب جريمة أو جنحة

211. The above-mentioned Act also empowers the judge to take any of the following measures against a juvenile over 7 but under 15 years of age who commits a felony or misdemeanor:
١١٢- كما أجاز القانون المذكور للقاضي أن يتخذ بحق الحدث الذي أتم السابعة ولم يكمل الخامسة عشرة من العمر في حال ارتكابه جناية أو جنحة أحد التدابير اﻵتية:
