(أ) تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول الأعضاء التي تطلب المشورة والمساعدة التقنية في مجال التصديق على الصكوك القانونية الدولية لمكافحة الإرهاب وفي مجال تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن 1373 (2001) المؤرخ 28 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2001؛

6. The Group commended the Organization for the measures it had taken to provide training on United Nations standards of conduct and welcomed the technical assistance it offered to Member States requesting support for the development of their domestic criminal law in respect of serious crimes.

(e) Contribute to the promotion of human rights by means of active participation not only in activities fostering human rights education at all levels but also by its members participating, in an individual capacity, in the delivery of technical assistance to Member States requesting such international cooperation from OHCHR; and
(ه) الإسهام في تعزيز حقوق الإنسان عن طريق المشاركة النشطة ليس فقط في الأنشطة التي تدعم التعليم والتثقيف في ميدان حقوق الإنسان على جميع المستويات ولكن أيضاً من جانب أعضاء اللجنة الاستشارية الذين يشتركون، بصفتهم الفردية، في تقديم المساعدة الفنية إلى الدول الأعضاء التي تطلب مثل هذا التعاون الدولي من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان؛
