The Conference further decided to establish an open-ended interim working group, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Trafficking in Persons Protocol.

In its resolution 5/4, the Conference decided to establish an open-ended intergovernmental working group on firearms to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Firearms Protocol, the second meeting of which was held from 26 to 28 May 2014.
وقرَّر المؤتمر، في قراره 5/4، أن ينشئ فريقا عاملا حكوميًّا دوليًّا مفتوح العضوية معنيًّا بالأسلحة النارية من أجل تقديم المشورة إلى المؤتمر ومساعدته في تنفيذ ولايته المتعلقة ببروتوكول الأسلحة النارية، وعُقد الاجتماع الثاني لهذا الفريق في الفترة من 26 إلى 28 أيار/مايو 2014.

In that resolution, the Conference decided to establish an interim open-ended intergovernmental working group, in accordance with article 63, paragraph 7, of the Convention, and rule 2, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure of the Conference, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption.

In accordance with decision 2/6 of the Conference of the Parties, the open-ended interim working group of government experts on technical assistance met during the third session of the Conference of the Parties, on 16 and 17 October, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance.
121- وفقا للمقرر 2/6 الصادر عن مؤتمر الأطراف، اجتمع فريق الخبراء الحكوميين العامل المؤقت المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية أثناء الدورة الثالثة لمؤتمر الأطراف، وذلك يومي 16 و17 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر بغية تقديم المشورة إلى المؤتمر ومساعدته في تنفيذ الولاية المسندة إليه بشأن المساعدة التقنية.

Also in its resolution 4/4, the Conference decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption.
3- وقرَّر المؤتمر، في ذلك القرار أيضاً، أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات عمله بإسداء المشورة إلى المؤتمر ومساعدته في تنفيذ الولاية المسندة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد.

In its resolution 1/4, the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption established the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery and decided that the Working Group was to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandates on the return of proceeds of corruption.
١- أنشأ مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، في قراره 1/4، الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات، وقرَّر أن يتولى الفريق العامل إسداء المشورة إلى المؤتمر ومساعدته في تنفيذ ولاياته المتعلقة بإرجاع عائدات الفساد.

I. Introduction 1. In its resolution 5/4 entitled " Follow-up to the Marrakech declaration on the prevention of corruption " , the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the Prevention of Corruption should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption.
1- قرَّر مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، في قراره 5/4، المعنون " متابعة إعلان مرَّاكش بشأن منع الفساد " ، أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بمنع الفساد عمله لإسداء المشورة إلى المؤتمر ومساعدته في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن منع الفساد.
