وذكرت صربيا والجبل الأسود أن الإعادة تجري إما من خلال برنامج طوعي تدعمه المنظمة الدولية للهجرة، وإما بنقل المهاجرين غير القانونيين مباشرة إلى دولة المنشأ وفقاً لاتفاقات إعادة القبول.

1. States Parties concerned shall cooperate as appropriate in the adoption of measures regarding the orderly return of migrant workers and members of their families to the State of origin when they decide to return or their authorization of residence or employment expires or when they are in the State of employment in an irregular situation.
1- تتعاون الدول الأطراف المعنية، حسب الاقتضاء، في اعتماد تدابير تتعلق بالعودة المنظمة للعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم إلى دولة المنشأ عندما يقررون العودة أو ينتهي إذن إقامتهم أو عملهـم، أو عندمـا يكونون في دولـة العمل في وضـع غير نظامي.

Migrants, migrant workers and their families are vulnerable to abuse, violence and exploitation throughout the entire process of migration, from preparation for migration, departure, transit and the entire period of stay to the return to the State of origin or habitual residence.
36- والمهاجرون والعمال المهاجرون وأسرهم معرَّضون للاعتداء والعنف والاستغلال طوال عملية الهجرة بأكملها، بدءاً من الإعداد للهجرة ثم المغادرة والعبور وكامل فترة البقاء، وانتهاءً بالعودة إلى دولة المنشأ أو الإقامة المعتادة.

Throughout the entire process of migration - including preparation for migration, departure, transit and the entire period of stay, including any remunerated activity in the State of employment, to the return to the State of origin or habitual residence - migrants, migrant workers and their families may be vulnerable to abuse, violence and exploitation.
وخلال جميع مراحل عملية الهجرة - بما في ذلك التحضير للهجرة والمغادرة والعبور وكامل فترة البقاء، بما في ذلك أي نشاط مقابل أجر في دولة العمل، وحتى العودة إلى دولة المنشأ أو الإقامة المعتادة - قد يكون المهاجرون والعمال المهاجرون وأفراد أسرهم عرضة لإساءة المعاملة والعنف والاستغلال.
