:: Providing appropriate training to relevant State authorities and officials in the identification of trafficked persons and correct application of the guidelines and procedures referred to above.
● توفير التدريب المناسب على تحديد هويات الأشخاص المتَّجر بهم وعلى تطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية والإجراءات المشار إليها أعلاه بصورة صحيحة، لمن لهم صلة بهذا المجال من السلطات الحكومية والمسؤولين الحكوميين.

:: Ensuring cooperation between relevant authorities, officials and non-governmental organizations to facilitate the identification and provision of assistance to trafficked persons.
● كفالة التعاون بين من لهم صلة من السلطات والمسؤولين والمنظمات غير الحكومية، بغية تيسير تحديد هوية الأشخاص المتَّجر بهم وتقديم المساعدة لهم.

:: Ensuring that trafficked persons are not prosecuted for violations of immigration laws or for the activities they are involved in as a direct consequence of their situation as trafficked persons.
● كفالة ألاّ يتعرّض الأشخاص المتَّجر بهم للمحاكمة على مخالفة قوانين الهجرة، وعلى ضلوعهم في أنشطة متأتّية بشكل مباشر عن وضعهم كأشخاص متَّجر بهم.

:: Ensuring that procedures and processes are in place for receipt and consideration of asylum claims from both trafficked persons and smuggled asylum seekers and that the principle of non-refoulement is respected and upheld at all times.
● كفالة وجود الإجراءات والمعاملات اللازمة لاستلام طلبات اللجوء من الأشخاص المتَّجر بهم ومن طالبي اللجوء المُهرَّبين والنظر فيها، وكفالة احترام وتطبيق مبدأ عدم الإعادة القسرية في جميع الأوقات.

As a member of the Group, UNODC assists Member States in ensuring that the rights of trafficked persons and smuggled migrants are upheld, in accordance with the Trafficking in Persons Protocol and the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol.
