A voluntary fund, the Permanent Memorial Fund, established in keeping with resolution 62/122, has been set up under the custody of the Permanent Mission of Jamaica towards the realization of the memorial.

The draft resolution recognizes the establishment of a fund -- the permanent memorial fund -- which has been set up under the custody of the Permanent Mission of Jamaica towards the realization of the memorial.
