2.13 The author dismisses the order of 8 July 1994 as an " arbitrary refusal " to let him see his sons. He requests compensation from the State party for the moral prejudice caused to him and his sons by the court orders.
٢-٣١ ويرفض صاحب البلاغ اﻷمر الصادر في ٨ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤ باعتباره " رفضا تعسفيا " لرؤيته لولديه، ويطلب التعويض من الدولة الطرف عن اﻷضرار المعنوية التي لحقت به نتيجة أوامر المحاكم.

2. All expenses incidental to the return and delivery of the movable cultural property shall be borne by the requesting State Party, and no person or institution shall be entitled to claim any form of compensation from the State Party returning the property claimed.
الإجراءات 2- تتحمّل الدولة الطرف الطالبة كل التكاليف المترتّبة على إعادة وتسليم الممتلكات الثقافية المنقولة، ولا يحق لأيِّ شخص أو مؤسسة المطالبة بأيِّ شكل من أشكال التعويض من الدولة الطرف التي تعيد الممتلكات المُطالَب بها.
