14. During its third through ninth plenary sessions, the Meeting considered the general status and operation of the Convention, reviewing progress made and challenges that remain in the pursuit of the Convention's aims and in the application of the Cartagena Action Plan 2010-2014.

19. Also in the context of the consideration of the general status and operation of the Convention, the Meeting discussed progress made and challenges that remain in destroying stockpiled anti-personnel mines, clearing mined areas and assisting the victims, and in the other matters essential for achieving the Convention's aims.
