Parties eligible to participate in such subregional meetings include developing country Parties that have ratified the Convention since 2004, have a low level of import responses, have experienced difficulties in submitting notifications of final regulatory action or have had changes in their designated national authorities.
11 - وتشمل الأطراف المؤهلة للمشاركة في مثل هذه الاجتماعات دون الإقليمية الأطراف من البلدان النامية التي صدّقت على الاتفاقية منذ عام 2004 أو التي ينخفض مستوى وارداتها، أو التي واجهت صعوبات في تقديم إجراءات تنظيمية نهائية أو التي حصلت فيها تغييرات في سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة.

(c) With regard to the Crime Conventions Section, it is expected that 20 States will be assisted in achieving ratification of the Organized Crime Convention, the Trafficking in Persons Protocol, the Migrants Protocol and the Firearms Protocol with the aim of increasing the number of States that have ratified the Convention from an estimated 108 at the end of 2005 to 123 by the end of 2007.
(ج) وبشأن قسم الاتفاقيات المتعلقة بالجريمة، يتوقع أن تحصل 20 دولة على مساعدة في التصديق على اتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة وبروتوكول الاتجار بالأشخاص وبروتوكول المهاجرين وبروتوكول الأسلحة النارية، وذلك بهدف زيادة عدد الدول التي صدّقت على الاتفاقية من 108 دول حسب ما هو مقدَّر في نهاية عام 2005 إلى 123 دولة قبل نهاية عام 2007.

10. The Secretary of the Conference and all participants in the Working Group extended their congratulations to Portugal and the other 99 States that had ratified the Convention, highlighting that that was a tangible manifestation of the high priority accorded to the fight against corruption.
10- وهنّأ أمينُ المؤتمر وسائر المشاركين في الفريق العامل البرتغالَ والدول الـ99 الأخرى التي صدّقت على الاتفاقية مؤكدين أن ذلك إنما هو دليل ملموس على الأولوية العليا التي تحظى بها مكافحة الفساد.
