115. part X of the Convention provides for the right of access by landlocked States to and from the sea, and freedom of transit.
١١٥ - ينص الجزء العاشر من الاتفاقية على حق الدول غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحار ومنها، وحرية المرور العابر.

As far as the landlocked States are concerned, 27 States should also consider responding to the call by the General Assembly, in view of the importance of the provisions of part X of UNCLOS for them.
وفيما يتعلق بالدول غير الساحلية، يتعين أن تنظر 27 دولة أيضا في الاستجابة لدعوة الجمعية العامة، نظرا لأهمية أحكام الجزء العاشر من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار بالنسبة لها.

The Czech Republic, on the other hand, states that the declaration by Germany cannot be interpreted with regard to the Czech Republic in contradiction with the provisions of part X of the Convention.

B. Landlocked and geographically disadvantaged States 39. The provisions of part X of UNCLOS are among the most important sources of international law governing the access of landlocked States to and from the sea and the freedom of transit.
39 - تعد أحكام الجزء العاشر من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار من أهم مصادر القانون الدولي التي تنظم وصول الدول غير الساحلية إلى البحر ومنه وحرية المرور العابر.

101. The provisions of part X of UNCLOS are among the most important sources of international law governing the access of landlocked States to and from the sea and the freedom of transit.
١٠١ - تعد أحكام الجزء العاشر من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار من أهم مصادر القانون الدولي التي تنظم وصول الدول غير الساحلية إلى البحر ومنه وحرية المرور العابر.
