21-2- القوانين الخاصة بالطائفة الدرزية: قانون الأحوال الشخصية للطائفة الدرزية الصادر بتاريخ 24 شباط 1948 وقانون تنظيم القضاء المذهبي الدرزي الصادر بتاريخ 5/3/1960. أما المسائل الداخلة في اختصاص قاضي المذهب والتي لم يرد عليها نص خاص في قانون 1948، فيطبق القاضي بشأنها أحكام الشرع الإسلامي، المذهب الحنفي ( مادة 171 من قانون 24/2/1948).
