3-8- ويفيد صاحب البلاغ بأن هذه المسألة نفسها لم تبحث في إطار أي إجراء آخر من الإجراءات الدولية للتحقيق أو التسوية.

6. With regard to the admissibility of the present communication, the State party states that it is not aware of the case having been submitted to another instance of international investigation or settlement.
٦ - وبخصوص مقبولية هذا البلاغ، تفيد الدولة الطرف أنها لم تكن تعلم بأن القضية معروضة على هيئة أخرى من الهيئات الدولية للتحقيق أو التسوية.

7.3 The Committee recalled that it was not competent to consider a communication if the same matter was already being examined under another procedure of international investigation or settlement.
7-3 وأشارت اللجنة إلى أنها لا تتمتع بصلاحية النظر في البلاغ إذا كانت المسألة ذاتها معروضة بالفعل على هيئة أخرى من الهيئات الدولية للتحقيق أو التسوية للنظر فيها.

The State party contended that the same matter was pending before the Sanctions Committee of the United Nations, which constituted " another procedure of international investigation or settlement " .
وتدفع الدولة الطرف بأن لجنة الجزاءات التابعة للأمم المتحدة هي " هيئة أخرى من الهيئات الدولية للتحقيق أو التسوية " وأن المسألة معروضة عليها للبت فيها.

8.2 The Committee ascertained that the same matter was not being examined under another procedure of international investigation or settlement for the purposes of article 5, paragraph 2 (a), of the Optional Protocol.
8-2 وتحققت اللجنة من أن المسالة ذاتها ليست قيد النظر بموجب إجراء دولي آخر من الإجراءات الدولية للتحقيق أو التسوية تحقيقاً لأغراض الفقرة 2(أ) من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee has ascertained, as it is required to do under article 22, paragraph 5 (a), of the Convention, that the same matter has not been, and is not being, examined under another procedure of international investigation or settlement.
وقد تحققت اللجنة وفق ما تقتضيه الفقرة 5(أ) من المادة 22 من الاتفاقية، من أن المسألة نفسها لم تنظر فيها من قبل وأنها ليست قيد البحث أمام هيئة أخرى من الهيئات الدولية للتحقيق أو التسوية.

7.4 Lastly, the Committee ascertained, as it is required to do under article 22, paragraph 5 (a), of the Convention, that the same matter has not been and is not being examined under another procedure of international investigation or settlement.
