The attention of the Committee is drawn to the provisions of section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee of the Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters and reaffirmed also the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
14 - ويُسترعى انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة، المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية؛ وأكدت فيه من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

In this connection, I should like to refer to section VI of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B on the procedures for administrative and budgetary matters, whereby the Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee is the appropriate Main Committee of the General Assembly entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters as well as the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
وفي هذا الصدد، أود أن أشير إلى الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٥/٢٤٨ باء بشأن اﻹجراءات الخاصة بالمسائل اﻹدارية ومسائل الميزانية، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة التابعة للجمعية العامة المسؤولة عن المسائل اﻹدارية ومسائل الميزانية وأكدت من جديد كذلك دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية.

9 - ووجهت انتباه اللجنة إلى أحكام الجزء السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1945، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة المناسبة من بين اللجان الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية، التي يُعهد إليها بالمسائل الإدارية والمسائل المتعلقة بالميزانية، وأكدت من جديد أيضا دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

ويُوجّه الانتباه إلى أحكام الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة، المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكدت من جديد أيضا على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

26 - ولفتت النظر، فيما يتعلق بالفقرتين 14 و 16، إلى أحكام القسم السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية العامة من جديد أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة في الجمعية العامة، المكلفة بمسؤوليات شؤون الإدارة والميزانية وأكدت فيه من جديد أيضا دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.
