In connection with the use of the phrase " within existing resources " , the attention of the Council was drawn to the provisions of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, section VI, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that administrative and budgetary matters should be dealt with by the Fifth Committee and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
20 - وفيما يتعلق باستخدام عبارة " من الموارد المتاحة " ، وجه انتباه المجلس إلى أحكام قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الجزء سادسا، الذي أكدت فيه من جديد أن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية ينبغي أن تعالجها اللجنة الخامسة واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

In connection with the use of the phrase " using available resources " , the attention of the Commission was drawn to the provisions of General Assembly resolution 45/248 B, section VI, in which the Assembly reaffirmed that the administrative and budgetary matters should be dealt with by the Fifth Committee and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.
