"القضاة الدائمون" - Translation from Arabic to English

The permanent judges elected in accordance with this article shall be elected for a term of four years.
ينتخب القضاة الدائمون المنتخبون وفقا لهذه المادة لفترة أربع سنوات.

All four permanent judges are assigned to the Appeals Chamber after the completion of their cases.
ويُنتدب القضاة الدائمون الأربع جميعهم للعمل في دائرة الاستئناف بعد إكمال القضايا المعروضة عليهم.

All three permanent judges will be assigned to the Appeals Chamber after the completion of their trial work.
وسيكلَّف القضاة الدائمون الثلاثة جميعاً بالعمل في دائرة الاستئناف بعد الانتهاء من عملهم في محاكمات الدرجة الأولى.

3. The permanent judges elected in accordance with this article shall be elected for a term of four years.
3 - ينتخب القضاة الدائمون المنتخبون وفقاً لهذه المادة لفترة أربع سنوات.

(a) Benefit from the same terms and conditions of service mutatis mutandis as the permanent judges of the International Tribunal;
(أ) شروط العمل نفسها التي يعمل بها القضاة الدائمون في المحكمة الدولية، مع إجراء ما يلزم من تعديل؛

3. The permanent judges elected in accordance with this article shall be elected for a term of four years.
3 - يُنتخب القضاة الدائمون المنتخبون وفقا لهذه المادة لفترة أربع سنوات.

7. The permanent judges of each Trial Chamber shall elect a Presiding Judge from amongst their number, who shall oversee the work of the Trial Chamber as a whole.
7 - ينتخب القضاة الدائمون في كل دائرة من دائرتي المحكمة رئيسا من بينهم يتولى الإشراف على عمل دائرة المحكمة ككل.

7. The permanent judges of each Trial Chamber shall elect a Presiding Judge from amongst their number, who shall oversee the work of the Trial Chamber as a whole.
7 - ينتخب القضاة الدائمون في كل دائرة من دائرتي المحاكمة رئيسا من بينهم يتولى الإشراف على عمل دائرة المحكمة ككل.

(b) Enjoy, subject to paragraph 2 below, the same powers as the permanent judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda;

1. The permanent judges of the International Tribunal for Rwanda shall elect a President from amongst their number.

7. The permanent judges of each Trial Chamber shall elect a Presiding Judge from amongst their number, who shall oversee the work of that Trial Chamber as a whole.
7 - ينتخب القضاة الدائمون في كل دائرة من دوائر المحاكمة رئيسا من بينهم يشرف على عمل دائرة المحاكمة ككل.
