13- وذكر وزير الخارجية أيضاً أن إمارة موناكو صدّقت على البروتوكول الخاص بوضع اللاجئين وعلى اتفاقية اليونسكو بشأن مكافحة التمييز في مجال التعليم.

30 - وسعت الوكالة أيضا إلى تحسين قدرة التخطيط والتحليل في المقر من خلال تعزيز وحدة تحليل السياسات التابعة لها، حيث ينصب الاهتمام على التحليلات التي تستجيب للحالة السياسية المتطورة التي تؤثر على اللاجئين وعلى عمليات الوكالة، وخاصة في ظل الظروف الصعبة الراهنة.
