١٣٦ - وتطبيق منهجية مجموع التعويضات، على النحو الذي حددته اللجنة ووافقت عليه الجمعية العامة، أظهر بوضوح أن الخدمة المدنية السويسرية ليست اﻷعلى أجرا.
