المادة ٠٦ إذا أُريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين حصلوا على اﻷغلبية المطلوبة في الاقتراع اﻷول.

10. Article 2, paragraph 3, of annex II to the Convention provides that two thirds of the States parties shall constitute a quorum, and that the persons elected to the Commission shall be those nominees who obtain a two-thirds majority of the votes of the representatives of States parties present and voting.
10 - وتنص الفقرة 3 من المادة 2 من مرفق الاتفاقية على أن " النصاب القانوني يكتمل بحضور ثلثي الدول الأطراف، وأن الأشخاص المنتخبين في اللجنة هم المرشحون الذين حصلوا على غالبية ثلثي أصوات ممثلي الدول الأطراف الحاضرين والمصوتين " .

9. Article 4, paragraph 4, of the Statute stipulates that the persons elected to the Tribunal shall be those nominees who obtain the largest number of votes and a two-thirds majority of States Parties present and voting, provided that such majority includes a majority of the States Parties.
٩ - وتنص الفقرة ٤ من المادة ٤ من النظام اﻷساسي على أن يكون المنتخبون لعضوية المحكمة هم المرشحون الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات وعلى أغلبية ثلثي أصوات الدول اﻷطراف الحاضرة والمصوتة، على أن تضم هذه اﻷغلبية أغلبية الدول اﻷطراف.
