6- وتحث الأطراف من البلدان المتقدمة وغيرها من البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية على تيسير ودعم عملية تقييم الاحتياجات، مع الاعتراف بالظروف الخاصة بأقل البلدان نمواً.

14. The Meeting then proceeded to the conduct of the election in accordance with the understandings and article 2, paragraph 3, of Annex II to the Convention.

Additional funding for the purposes of implementing Article 12 shall be provided to the financial mechanism by developed country Parties and other developed Parties included in Annex II to the Convention in a predictable and identifiable manner.
٢- توفر البلدان المتقدمة اﻷطراف واﻷطراف اﻷخرى المتقدمة المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية لﻵلية المالية تمويلاً إضافياً، على نحو قابل للتنبؤ والتحديد، ﻷغراض تنفيذ المادة ٢١.

F) Additionality to financial obligations of Parties included in Annex II to the Convention within the framework of the financial mechanism as well as to current official development assistance flows
واو - اﻹضافة إلى الالتزامات المالية لﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية في إطار اﻵلية المالية، فضلاً عن تدفقات المساعدة اﻹنمائية الرسمية الحالية

(a) The SBI would consider the itemized progress report on concrete measures taken by Parties listed in Annex II to the Convention, with respect to their commitments relating to the transfer of environmentally sound technologies and know-how (SBI 3); and
)أ( تنظر الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في التقرير المرحلي المبوب بشأن التدابير الملموسة المتخذة من قبل اﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالتزاماتها المتصلة بنقل التكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا والدراسة الفنية اللازمة )الدورة ٣ للهيئة الفرعية(؛

Additionality to financial obligations of Parties included in Annex II to the Convention within the framework of the financial mechanism as well as to current official development assistance flows;
)و( الاضافة إلى الالتزامات المالية لﻷطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية في إطار اﻵلية المالية فضلا عن تدفقات المساعدة الانمائية الرسمية الحالية؛

The developed country Parties and other developed Parties included in Annex II to the Convention may also provide, and developing country Parties avail themselves of, financial and technological resources for the implementation of Article 12 through bilateral, regional and other multilateral channels.
٤- يجوز أيضا للبلدان النامية اﻷطراف واﻷطراف اﻷخرى المتقدمة المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية أن توفر موارد مالية وتكنولوجية لتنفيذ المادة ٢١ من خلال قنوات ثنائية وإقليمية وقنوات أخرى متعددة اﻷطراف، ويجوز للبلدان النامية اﻷطراف أن تستفيد من مثل هذه الموارد.

5. Invites Parties included in Annex II to the Convention (Annex II Parties) and Parties with economies in transition to provide information to enable the Conference of the Parties and the subsidiary bodies to monitor progress in the implementation of this framework, consistent with guidelines for the preparation of national communications;
5- يدعو الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية إلى تقديم المعلومات لتمكين مؤتمر الأطراف والهيئتين الفرعيتين من رصد التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا الإطار، طبقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية؛

Stresses the need for Parties included in Annex II to the Convention (Annex II Parties) to provide detailed information, including in their national communications, on support programmes to meet the specific needs and circumstances of developing country Parties arising from the adverse effects of climate change;
4- يشدّد على ضرورة قيام البلدان المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية بتقديم معلومات مفصلة، بما في ذلك ضمن بلاغاتها الوطنية، عن برامج الدعم للوفاء بالاحتياجات ومراعاة الظروف المحددة للبلدان الأطراف النامية الناشئة عن الآثار الضارة لتغير المناخ؛
