24. The Committee reminds the State of its obligations under article 3, paragraph 5 of the Optional Protocol to take all legal and administrative measures to ensure that all persons involved in the adoption of a child act in conformity with applicable international legal instruments.
24- وتُذكر اللجنة الدولة بالتزاماتها بموجب الفقرة 5 من المادة 3 من البروتوكول الاختياري باتخاذ جميع التدابير القانونية والإدارية لضمان تصرف جميع الأشخاص المشاركين في عملية تبني طفل تصرفاً يتمشى مع الصكوك القانونية الدولية الواجبة التطبيق.

7. With regard to adoption (art. 3, para. 1 (a) (ii)), please indicate the bilateral and multilateral agreements which are applicable to the State party and how the State party ensures that all persons involved in the adoption of the child act in conformity with these international agreements.
7- الاتفاقات الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف التي تنطبق على الدولة الطرف، وكيف تكفل هذه الدولة تصرف جميع الأشخاص المشاركين في عملية تبني طفل تصرفاً لا يتعارض مع هذه الاتفاقات الدولية اعتماداً على الفقرة 1(أ)`2` من المادة 3.
