If the concerned parties cannot settle their dispute and if they agree to do so, the dispute will be submitted to the International Court of Justice or to arbitration under the conditions set out in annex VI, on arbitration, to the Convention.
وإذا لم تتمكن الأطراف المعنية من تسوية النزاع القائم بينها، يعرض النزاع، باتفاق أطرافه، على محكمة العدل الدولية أو للتحكيم بموجب الشروط المحددة للتحكيم في الملحق السادس للاتفاقية.

2. At the first session, a contact group on concrete measures developed an initial list of elements that could be included in a possible global plan of action (SAICM/PREPCOM.1/7, annex VI) and also reached a conclusion on the reference materials to be used in determining such elements.

131. The sectoral agreement is binding for most of the United Nations system organizations, as can be seen in annex VI. Nevertheless, AIIC has reported serious failures on the part of many organizations to comply with the conditions defined in the agreement.

60. In order to make the office of the Ombudsman more effective, the People's Alliance Government, upon assuming office, took the initiative of enacting the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration (Amendment) Act No. 26 of 1994 (see annex VI). The amending legislation provides:

As noted in the report of the first session of the Preparatory Committee (SAICM/PREPCOM.1/7), in addition to the report of the concrete measures contact group (SAICM/PREPCOM.1/7, annex VI), additional material on capacity-building concrete measures (SAICM/PREPCOM.1/7, annex IV) and health aspects (SAICM/PREPCOM.1/7, annex V) could constitute useful input for future deliberations on this item.
